Educational service
CaseBriefTemplate provides educational case-analysis tools and study resources for law students. The service can organize a supplied opinion into a course-specific case brief, short cold-call answer, likely questions, changed-facts hypothetical, and outline hook.
CaseBriefTemplate does not provide legal advice, legal representation, academic grading advice, or any promise of academic results. Users are responsible for checking course requirements and professor instructions.
Generated text is a study aid and may contain omissions or errors. Review everything against the assigned opinion and primary course materials before relying on it for class, exams, writing assignments, or publication.
Materials you submit
You may submit only material you are permitted to process. Do not submit confidential, privileged, sealed, exam-restricted, or personally sensitive material.
You retain your rights in material you submit. You grant CaseBriefTemplate and its processing providers the limited permission needed to transmit and process that material for the analysis you request. The site does not acquire ownership of the assigned opinion or your notes.
Free cases and purchased credits
Five complete case analyses are available free per signed visitor session, subject to reasonable device, network, rate, and abuse-prevention limits. Clearing browser storage does not guarantee a new allowance. The 20-Case Pack is a one-time purchase priced at the amount shown at checkout: US $6.00 for 20 case analyses.
The 20-Case Pack does not renew automatically. Purchased analyses stay available until used, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between customers. Buying another pack adds another 20 analyses to the same customer credit balance when Dodo Payments recognizes the same customer.
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and handles payment processing, applicable tax, receipts, and credit delivery. The final price, currency, and available payment methods are shown before you confirm checkout.
Access keys
Your access key is a bearer credential. Keep it private. You are responsible for activity performed through your key or a browser session created from it. CaseBriefTemplate may suspend access for payment failure, cancellation, refund, abuse, key sharing, attacks on the service, or use that creates unreasonable cost or disruption.
Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, AI provider errors, payment-provider delays, or events outside reasonable control. If an AI request fails after a paid case is debited, the system is designed to return that case credit automatically.
CaseBriefTemplate may change features and reasonable usage limits. A change will not reduce case credits that have already been purchased and remain unused, except where required for fraud, abuse, refunds, or legal compliance.
Refunds and contact
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Purchased access and credit delivery are described in Access & Delivery.
