Generator intent

Case Brief Generator for Law School Notes

CaseBriefKit works like a structured case brief generator: you fill in the reading notes, choose FIRAC, IRAC, or CREAC, and copy a clean output for class preparation.

What this generator does

  • Turns your notes into a repeatable case brief structure.
  • Supports FIRAC, IRAC, and CREAC formats.
  • Copies output as Markdown, plain text, or Word-ready HTML.
  • Keeps drafting local in your browser unless you copy or download files yourself.

What it does not do

This is not a legal-analysis engine and not legal advice. It does not promise that an issue, rule, or holding is correct. It gives law students a cleaner structure for their own reading notes.

When to use a template instead

If you only need a blank structure, use the case brief template. If you want a paper worksheet, use the PDF template. If you want an editable file, use the DOCX template.
